Abigail isn't picking up what I type

Make sure the Abigail app is running — the browser companion needs it to store anything. Look for her in your system tray / menu bar.
If you just updated the browser extension, reload any AI chat tabs that were already open — a banner will tell you when this is needed.
Still stuck? Open the AI chat page, open your browser's DevTools console, and run window.__elifantSelectorCheck(). It logs exactly what it found — paste that into your email below and we'll know right away what broke.

The desktop app won't open, or a download looks wrong

Grab the latest build straight from the download page — Windows, Apple Silicon, and Intel Mac are all there. If a specific build is misbehaving, tell us your OS version and what happened when you tried to open it.

Everything else

Write to [email protected] — bugs, billing, feature requests, or just "this didn't work." A person reads it, not a ticket queue.
