The browser extension is a separate, optional piece. On its own the app reaches Claude Desktop (say "remember that…"). To have her work in a browser tab — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and the rest — add the Chrome extension; it needs the app running. It's on the Chrome Web Store only: no Firefox or Safari version yet.
Every AI you open treats you like a stranger — so you explain yourself again and again. Abigail remembers, and hands it back wherever you go next: ChatGPT, Claude, anywhere. Leave her alone a while and she'll group what belongs together onto shelves of her own — then tell you what she noticed.
Tell ChatGPT on Tuesday that you teach year four and Marcus needs everything read aloud. Open Claude on Friday, ask it to plan a lesson — Abigail has already passed along the note. You never said it twice.
Set up for thirteen AI sites — Claude · ChatGPT · Gemini · Mistral · Meta AI · Perplexity · Copilot · Grok · DeepSeek · Google AI Studio · Poe · T3 Chat · Qwen, plus any AI server you add yourself. We checked the live pages and found a working chat box on twelve of them; DeepSeek hasn't been confirmed yet.

On a Mac, her first opening takes one extra click
The Windows installer is signed as Mediagato LLC, so it opens straight away. On a Mac she isn't yet — Apple's stamp is a separate piece of paperwork we haven't finished — so macOS will stop her the very first time and say it can't check who made her. It's the standard warning for a small workshop, not a verdict on her.
- Drag Abigail into your Applications folder as usual.
- Right-click her there — Control-click works too — and choose Open.
- Click Open once more in the dialog. That's it; from then on she opens with a double-click like anything else.
On macOS 15 Sequoia, or if right-click didn't take: double-click her, click Done on the warning, then go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down to the line saying Abigail was blocked, and choose Open Anyway.
